Permaculture site design in the context of your particular eco-climate, terrain
and ecology with particular attention to solar orientation, access, wind,
drainage, vegetation, fire, erosion, and site specific issues such as noise,
adjacencies, and utilities including solar, gray water and water catchment
systems.
Design changes to any ecohousedesign plan including additions, changes, phasing
and/or energy efficiency optimization for your specific eco-climate conditions.
(Fees: 0-1,000 sf - $500; 1,001-1,600 sf - $650; over 1,600 sf - $750) Preparation
of cost estimate for a particular project location based on client specifications
and completed ecohousedesign project worksheet. This cost estimate does not
guarantee the final cost of construction, which is heavily dependent on the
local construction economy, but is valuable in determining the feasibility
of the project.
Professional consultation for healthy, non-toxic interior environments, including
application of feng shui principles to interior organizations, finish materials
selections, color coordination, furniture, fixtures and appliance selections.
Professional consultation on natural landscaping, gray-water irrigation, water
recycling and integrated ponds, aquaculture, permaculture landscape design.
